Annisa is an I/O Psychologist and a HR Practitioner who lecture in Psychology study program at Paramadina University.

Before she join in Paramadina, She becomes a HR Practioner in private companies, state-owned enterprises (BUMN) and also the public sector. Her last career before lecturing in Paramadina was as an advisor at the Presidential Staff Office (KSP) period 2016-2024.

This alumnus of Gadjah Mada University and Padjadjaran University is interested in policy issues related to employment, employee wellbeing, leadership and also community behavior changes.
